South Florida Helicopters Charter & Tours is a U.S. DOT/FAA Air Carrier conducting air charter operations. Also the holder of an Authorization from the U.S. DOT/FAA to conduct Commercial Air Tours and Sightseeing Operations in the USA and U.S. Territories. On August 14, 2015, South Florida Helicopters Charter & Tours became the first U.S. helicopter charter company granted permission from the U.S. Treasury, U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. DOT/FAA to conduct helicopter charter operations between the USA and Cuba.
